Return & Cancellation Policy
We are thrilled to provide the Guest Cam experience for your upcoming event. Due to the nature of event scheduling, inventory allocation, and the digital components of our service, we have established the following policies regarding order cancellations and returns.

Order Cancellations
Guests may cancel their Guest Cam order for a full refund strictly within five (5) days of placing the original order.
To request a cancellation and refund within this 5-day window, please contact our support team with your order number. Once the 5-day period has elapsed, the order becomes non-refundable, as we will have already reserved the equipment and begun preparing the digital infrastructure for your specific event date.

Returns
There are no returns. All sales and rental agreements for the Guest Cam are final once the initial 5- day cancellation window has passed. If you experience technical difficulties with the equipment during your event, please reach out to our team immediately so we can troubleshoot or provide an appropriate resolution. However, post-event returns or requests for refunds due to a change of mind or unused equipment are not accepted.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Seven Events ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Guest Cam service.

1. Information We Collect
Order Information: Name, email address, billing details, and event information provided during
checkout.

Digital Media: Photos, videos, and audio captured using the Guest Cam by you and your event
guests.

Usage Data: Basic interaction data with our digital galleries or photo delivery platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively to provide and fulfill the Guest Cam service. This includes processing your transaction, delivering the physical equipment, hosting the digital gallery, and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal data or event media to third parties.

3. Photo Privacy & Gallery Access
We respect the privacy of your event. Digital media captured by the Guest Cam is hosted securely. Access to the digital gallery is provided exclusively to the individual who booked the service (the host) via a private link. It is at the host's discretion to share this gallery link with their guests. We will not use photos from your private event gallery for our own marketing or social media purposes without obtaining
prior written consent.

4. Data Retention
Event media will be hosted and available for download for a standard period of 60 days following the delivery of the digital gallery. After this period, the media may be permanently deleted from our servers to ensure data security and maintain storage efficiency. We recommend downloading and backing up your photos promptly.

5. Governing Law
These policies and any disputes arising out of the use of the Guest Cam service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
