How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 months before your event to make sure the kit you want is available.
When will my cameras arrive?
We ship your cameras to arrive right as your rental period begins, so plan on having them in hand about a week before your event.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Right now we ship within Canada only.
How do I return the cameras after my event?
Just pack everything back in the box and use the prepaid return label provided. Drop it at your nearest shipping location and you're done.
What if I lose or damage a camera?
Every camera has a tag reminding guests to return it. If one goes home with someone by accident, we'll email a prepaid return label for it. Minor wear and tear is expected, but if a camera is lost or returned broken, a replacement fee applies.
How many photos can my guests take?
Unlimited. Unlike disposables, there are no shot limits and no developing fees.
When will I receive my gallery after returning the cameras?
Once we receive your cameras back, we process the photos and send a private digital gallery link within 72 hours.
Are The Guest Cam rentals only for weddings?
Not at all. They're just as popular for engagement parties, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.
