Everything you need to know before renting your cameras.

We recommend booking at least 3–4 months before your event to ensure availability

We ship your items to arrive when your booking period begins - bookings are for 2 weeks, so we recommend planning to have the cameras arrive 1 week before the event date!

Currently within Canada only coming in January 2026, we will be opening up shipping to the US as well!

It’s easy! Just pack everything back in the box and use the pre-paid return label provided. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location and you’re done.

We know event nights can get a little crazy, so shipped inside each case is remote that sounds an alarm on each camera so they can be tracked down at the end of the night!
Minor wear and tear is expected. If a camera is lost or returned broken, a replacement fee will apply. Full details are in our rental agreement.

Yes! They’re designed to be simple and fun. Just point and click — no screens, no distractions, just candid moments.

Each camera comes fully charged and ready for your event. They’ll easily last through a full day of celebration.

Unlimited! Unlike disposables, there are no limits and no extra developing fees.

Once we receive your cameras back, we’ll process the photos and send you a private digital gallery link within 1–2 weeks. If you choose the usb and physical prints option, those will be shipped to you within 2 weeks and take up to 1 week to be delivered.

You’ll receive a secure link by email where you can view, download, and share all your photos.

Not at all! They’re also perfect for engagement parties, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.

Each rental includes:
- Your chosen number of screenless digital cameras (6, 8 or 12) delivered in a hard protective case
- Pre-charged batteries
- Pre-paid shipping labels (both ways)
- Unlimited photos
- Processing of all images
- A private online gallery

If your event is cancelled, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how close to your event date you cancel.
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected]
Cancellations Before Shipping:
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before rental start date.
- 50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before rental start date.
- No refund if cancelled 14 days or less before rental start date, since the cameras will already be scheduled, cleaned, and prepped for your event.
After Shipping
- Once cameras have shipped, no refunds are available.
- If the package is refused or not used, the order is still considered fulfilled.
Event Cancellations
- If your event is cancelled, the above cancellation policy still applies. You may choose to reschedule your rental for a later date (based on availability), but fees may apply if notice is short.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
