Terms & Rental Agreement
Bookings & deposits
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your cameras. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your rental period begins. If a booking is made within 7 days of the rental start date, full payment is due at booking.
Rental period
Rentals are booked in standard 14 or 21 day blocks.
Changes & cancellations
You can move your rental dates or upgrade to a larger kit yourself through your account, up to 14 days before your rental start date, subject to availability. Cancelling a booking or downgrading to a smaller kit requires our approval. Refunds are not issued automatically. If a cancellation is approved, any refund is at our discretion based on how close to the rental date the request is made.
Shipping & returns
We ship within Canada. Your cameras arrive fully charged and ready to use, along with a prepaid return label. Pack everything back into the original box and drop it off at the nearest shipping location by the end of your rental period.
Damage & loss
Minor wear and tear from normal use is expected. If a camera is lost, not returned, or returned damaged beyond normal wear, a replacement fee applies. We'll always reach out before charging a replacement fee to sort out what happened.
Photo galleries
Once we receive your cameras back, we process the photos and deliver a private online gallery within 72 hours. Galleries remain accessible to you and anyone you share the link with.
Photo storage & renewal
Your gallery is included free for 1 year from the date it's delivered. Once that year is up, we'll email you a reminder and pause access to the gallery until it's renewed. Renewing costs $19 and extends access for another year. If a gallery isn't renewed within 2 years of delivery, its photos are permanently deleted and can't be recovered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
